Why a website cannot diagnose you
Psychiatric diagnosis depends on history, examination, and ruling out physical causes. Thyroid disease, vitamin B12 deficiency, diabetes, epilepsy, head injury and the side effects of ordinary medicines can all produce symptoms that look exactly like a psychiatric illness. None of that can be established by reading a page.
Do not self-medicate
Psychiatric medication must be started, changed and stopped under supervision. Taking a medicine because it helped a relative, buying tablets over a chemist's counter, or stopping a prescription suddenly can cause serious harm — including withdrawal seizures with some drugs and relapse with others.
